Thank you for shopping with Bagsity! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
We offer a 7-days return policy from the date of purchase. If you're not happy with your bag, simply follow the steps below:
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Return:
- Please contact our customer service team at care@bagsity.com or visit our website’s Contact Us page to request a return authorization.
- Subject/Title: Return Request for Order No. [Your Order Number]
- Please note that return will be accepted only in the original packaging sealed with tape.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Exclusions:
- Items purchased on sale or with discounts are non-returnable.
- Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or payment method.
Partial Refunds: If your returned item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
